Ours isn’t a story that started in a classroom or a crowded coffee shop as friends. Instead, it’s a beautiful testament to tradition, destiny, and the blessings of our families. Ours is a happily arranged marriage.
We were introduced through our families, and from our very first conversation, something just clicked. We didn't have years of friendship behind us, but the moment we started talking, it felt completely effortless. We realized that our values, our respect for family, and our visions for the future aligned perfectly. What started as a formal family meeting quickly turned into long phone calls, shared smiles, and the realization that we had found "the one." It’s been an incredible journey of discovering each other’s little quirks, favorite things, and building a friendship that will last a lifetime.

Wedding
Kanyadanam: The bride’s parents officially give their daughter’s hand to the groom.
Jeelakarra Bellam: This is the most important moment. At the exact auspicious time (Muhurtham), the bride and groom place a paste of cumin seeds and jaggery on each other’s heads. It signifies their sweet and strong bond.
Madhuparkam: The couple changes into white clothes with red or yellow borders to show purity and strength.
Mangalsutra Dharana: The groom ties the sacred yellow thread around the bride's neck with three knots.
Talambralu: A fun ritual where the couple pours turmeric-colored rice on each other’s heads. Guests throw flowers and rice to bless them.
Saptapadi: The couple takes seven steps together around the holy fire, making seven lifelong promises
.The Wedding Feast (Grand Lunch/Dinner): A massive, delicious traditional Telugu meal served on a banana leaf or as a grand buffet, along with tasty non-alcoholic drinks.
