Neeraj & Ketki's story
Spanning 2 continents, our love story unfolds between Dublin(bride) and India(groom).
Our journey began in 2016 as high school classmates who barely spoke. What started as simple conversations grew into a strong friendship, shared values, and eventually love. Life tested us with different colleges, career pressures, a breakup, and years of silence. Yet fate brought us back together; this time across continents, through long distance calls, chats, and unwavering support.
Within 1.5 year, we knew we wanted to spend our lives together. Convincing our traditional Indian families was our biggest challenge, but after 6 months of patience, we received their blessings in July 2025.
Now, a dream that began in 2016 reaches its most beautiful milestone in February 2026.
As a traditional Marathi couple, we invite you to join our authentic wedding celebrations from 7th–11th February, with main events on 9th and 10th February.
We would be honoured to celebrate this special journey with you. 💛

Haldi Ceremony
A fun and colorful start to our wedding! The bride and groom are smeared with turmeric - a lucky, antiseptic, and antibacterial ingredient - bringing good vibes and blessings. The ceremony lasts about an hour, followed by time to get ready for the main Vedic wedding rituals at 8:30 AM.
Vedic Wedding Ceremony
A sacred and heart-warming celebration where the bride and groom perform ancient Indian Vedic rituals, seeking blessings from the gods for a lifetime of love and harmony.
Highlights include: Kanyadaan, where the bride is lovingly given away; the tying of the Mangalasutra(gold chain); the application of Sindoor(red powder); Saptapadi, the seven sacred steps(vows) around the fire; and other timeless rituals that unite them in devotion, commitment, and family blessings.
Varmala & Post-Wedding Rituals
After the sacred Vedic wedding rituals, the couple exchanges garlands in the Varmala ceremony, symbolizing their acceptance and love for each other infront of all the guests.
This is followed by the Mangal Ashtaka, auspicious chants blessing the couple’s married life.
Additional traditional rituals like Zaal and Lakshmi Pujan honor prosperity and family blessings, followed by a celebratory lunch.
