Jishnu & Dhanyamol's story
A Love That Stood the Test of Time
Eight years ago, in the corridors of our workplace, amidst deadlines and coffee breaks, we found something unexpected—each other. What began as a friendship soon turned something undeniable. But love stories, especially the most beautiful ones, are never without their struggles. Ours was a journey of faith, unwavering commitment. I, a Hindu, and she, a Christian, faced opposition—mainly from my side. For 6.5 long years, we fought, we waited, we hoped.Convincing my family was a battle that tested our love, yet we held on, believing that one day, love would win. And it did. Just when everything seemed to fall into place, life threw us another challengethe heartbreaking loss of my partner’s father last year. His absence left a void, a silence in our happiness. Not just celebrating a wedding, but a love that endured, a bond that defied all odds. Over four beautiful days.
