Sangeet
This is a fun-filled ceremony, where loved ones performs there dancing steps to express there happiness in Indian music. Indian music is a great party of celebration itself.

Haldi ceremony
This is a fun-filled ceremony, where loved ones apply Haldi (tumeric) all over the bride and groom's bodies. Tumeric has great significance in the Indian tradition.
Shadi ki Barat
The groom's wedding procession (Baraat), a vibrant, musical procession where the groom travels to the wedding venue with his family and friends, often on a decorated horse or car, accompanied by dancing, music (like dhol and brass bands), and fireworks, symbolizing the groom's journey to meet the bride and unite the families.
Varmaala
The Varmala (or Jaimala) ceremony is a joyful Indian wedding ritual where the bride and groom exchange flower garlands, symbolizing their mutual acceptance and consent to marry, marking the beginning of the main wedding rites with laughter and celebration as friends often playfully lift them to delay the exchange. It's a vibrant, visual moment signifying the couple's union, love, and new journey together, filled with auspicious flowers like roses and marigolds. Return Barat
While "return Barat" describes the physical journey, the emotional ceremony where the bride leaves her home is called the Bride's Farewell or Vidaai. The subsequent arrival at the groom's home is often referred to as the Grand Welcome or Griha Pravesh (the ritual of entering the new home).
Grihapravesh
The Post-Wedding Homecoming: Often used to describe the entire event of the groom and bride arriving at the groom's house for the first time as a married couple.
Reception
A wedding reception is the celebration or party that typically follows a wedding ceremony. While the ceremony focuses on the legal or religious union and exchange of vows, the reception is a social event where the newly married couple welcomes and thanks their guests through food, music, and entertainment followed by the Tasty indian Cousins and other foods
