Hello, I am Sahil Patel. I am from Ahmedabad Gujarat. We are belonging from a typical Gujarati Family. Our culture is a very different. In our marriage there are so many Ceremonies Such as Haldi Ceremony, Mehendi Ceremony, Garba Ceremony and Wedding ceremony .I am a businessman and my wife Drashti is a Doctor . Haldi
The Haldi ceremony, also known as Pithi or Ubtan, is a pre-wedding ritual in Indian weddings where a turmeric paste is applied to the bride and groom. This joyous occasion, typically held a day or two before the wedding, is a celebration of the couple's upcoming union and symbolizes purity, good luck, and love.
GARBA
In Gujarati weddings, Garba and the Sangeet are pre-wedding festivities where friends and family gather to celebrate the couple's upcoming union. Garba, a traditional folk dance, involves circular movements and clapping, often performed barefoot. The Sangeet is a musical evening with cultural performances, singing, and dancing. Both ceremonies emphasize joy and the strengthening of family bonds.

Sindoor / Mangal Sutra/ Kansar
The final three steps in a Gujarati wedding are as follows: First, the groom applies vermillion (Sindoor) on the bride's hair mid parting. This marks as the bride's first symbol as a married woman. He then ties the Mangal Sutra around the bride's neck. Finally, the newly married couple feeds sweets to each other, which is known as the Kansar at the end of the wedding ceremony. After the reception is over, the bride bids farewell to her paternal home in an emotional Vidaai Ceremony. She throws rice grains from the back of her head towards the house she's leaving. It's a representation of her paying debts to her
