Our story began in the most unexpected way. It wasn’t a love marriage, but fate had its own plans. My mother and I had gone to a relative’s wedding, where many family members had gathered. Around 12:30 a.m., my grandmother called me, but I hadn’t had dinner yet, so I went to eat first. By the time I finished, it was almost 1:30 a.m. My uncle told me that Grandma was still calling, so we followed her. When we reached a room, I saw many relatives sitting together. I thought everyone had gathered there to sleep, so I lay down on a cot outside. A few moments later, everyone called me inside. As I entered, I saw a girl sitting quietly in the middle of the room. My first thought was, “Who meets a girl at 1:30 in the morning?” I had no idea that this unexpected midnight meeting would become the beginning of our forever.
