Dirgh & Nima's story
They say some bonds are written in the stars — just like Shiv and Parvati, destined to unite beyond time. Our story began with an arranged setup through our families. We were both career-focused and didn’t feel sparks right away. But after a few more meetings, something shifted. We began to see each other as not just suitable partners, but true soulmates.
What started as a formal process quietly turned into a deep connection, full of mutual respect, laughter, shared dreams, and trust. After nearly three years together, we’re finally tying the knot — and we couldn’t be happier.
We’re celebrating with all the colors and emotions of Indian tradition — from joyful rituals to soulful ceremonies. A highlight will be our Sangeet Night — a vibrant blend of modern music and traditional Garba, symbolizing both who we are and where we come from.
Join us — not just as guests, but as family — in this celebration of love, unity, and tradition. 💛

Ganesh Sthapana – Blessings for a Joyful Start
Our wedding celebrations will begin with the auspicious Ganesh Sthapana, a traditional ceremony where we invoke the blessings of Lord Ganesha, the remover of obstacles and the god of new beginnings.
This event is not just a ritual — it’s a spiritual start to our wedding journey, full of warmth, devotion, music, and community bonding. The atmosphere will be filled with chanting of mantras, prayers, diyas, and flowers as we welcome Bappa into our hearts and our home.
There will be aarti (ceremonial worship), modaks (sweet offerings), and plenty of joyful moments shared with family and friends. You’ll experience the rich traditions of Hindu culture and the deep spiritual significance that sets the tone for all the upcoming festivities.
Whether you want to participate or simply observe, this event is a beautiful way to feel the soul of an Indian wedding — starting with gratitude, grace, and blessings.
Haldi Ceremony – A Bloom of Colors, Music & Love
Traditionally a ceremony of turmeric and blessings, our Haldi function will be a little different — just like our story.
We’re breaking from the usual all-yellow theme and bringing in a touch of freshness! Both the bride and groom will celebrate Haldi together, surrounded by loved ones, laughter, and a soft pastel blue theme — symbolizing calm, love, and the joy of togetherness.
While we’ll be in pastel blue, our guests can dress in any color they love — the more vibrant, the better! It’s going to be a cheerful blend of traditions and modern vibes, with lots of music, dancing, flower petal play, and of course, a splash of turmeric and smiles.
This isn’t just a ritual; it’s a celebration of happiness, unity, and colorful beginnings. Come join us as we turn our Haldi into a festival of love, music, and memories. 💛🌸🎶
Sangeet Night: A Fusion of Tradition and Beats
Our Sangeet is going to be a magical fusion of cultures — a night where tradition dances hand in hand with modern celebration!
We’ll kick off the evening with a special dance performance by the bride and groom, setting the tone for a night full of rhythm, energy, and love. It’s more than just a performance — it’s our way of expressing the joy we feel as we step into this new chapter together.
Following that, we’ll dive into the beats of traditional Garba, celebrating our roots with colorful swirls, claps, and group dances — whether you're an expert or a first-timer, you’re welcome on the floor!
And as the night deepens, get ready for a full-on DJ party! Lights, music, laughter, and pure joy as we all let loose and dance the night away.
Our Sangeet isn’t just a function — it’s a celebration of love, family, culture, and connection. Come dressed to dance and ready to create unforgettable memories with us! 💃🕺✨
