Deepanshu & Ankita's story
From a simple right swipe on Hinge to a connection that feels straight out of a Bollywood film, our love story has been a "too good to be true" surprise. We are two professionals in our 30s, one a civil engineer, the other a marketing professional, who found exactly what we needed in each other at the perfect time. Now, as our Bengali and Punjabi worlds unite, we invite you to celebrate a wedding that brings Indian culture to life. Set in Kolkata, our traditional wedding with a royal Rajasthani theme will mesmerize, especially for our international guests. Both families will perform rituals guided by a Bengali and a Punjabi priest, blending spiritual diversity. The experience includes a delicious fusion of Bengali and Punjabi cuisines, rich in flavor, along with music, cultural performances, and heartfelt rituals. This celebration of love unites two people, two families, and two cultures. Join us as we create a magical moment of love, tradition, and joy

Marriage
Both Bengali and Punjabi wedding day rituals are filled with deep meaning, spiritual significance, and joy. While there are differences in the specific rituals, such as the Saat Paak in Bengali weddings and the Lavan in Punjabi weddings, both celebrate the sacred union of two individuals. These weddings honor not just the couple but also their families, cultures, and traditions. Through rituals like Sindoor Daan in Bengali weddings and Doli in Punjabi weddings, both traditions symbolize the bride’s new life and the couple’s commitment to each other. At their core, both weddings emphasize love, respect, and a shared journey ahead. Whether through spiritual vows, family blessings, or the joyful celebrations that follow, both Bengali and Punjabi weddings create lasting memories and celebrate the bond between two people and two families.
