Prasanna & Nikitha's story
I’m Nikitha from Shimoga, Karnataka which is a land of tourism where nature is at beauty and even Dr. Vishweshwaraiah found jog falls will be the source for electricity. And groom is my relative who is the son of my grand mother’s sister. We both are basically from Agriculture background and I’m working as Engineer and he is as radiologist. Even we are relative but our culture will be different. It’s best place tourist. Visitors can enjoy both our culture and heritage in same place.

Reception
After tradition at home bride will come to chautry. Bride’s side will welcome the groom and its relative. Then bride side will offer gifts to groom. After that both bride and groom will entry to the stage. And people starts to offers their blessings through their gifts. It will be photographed for the memories. Later dinner will be distributed.
Day 2Friday, April 18, 2025Shimoga
Starting time (approximately): 6:00 AM

Muhurtham
At morning, there will be pooja for Devi Ganga later for home god who protect our whole family. There will be Kashi Yatra for groom. Bride’s father will do padha pooja for groom. Later there will be kanyadhana and dhare. At auspicious time Mangalya dharane will be held where groom will tie a three knot which. Later relative will offers gifts. At the end, bride and groom will take blessing from all elders. Then bride will move to groom home.
