Visakh & Seema's story
We’re Seema from Karnataka and Visakh from Wayanad, Kerala. On October 19th, 2025, we’re getting married at a beautiful resort in Wayanad surrounded by nature, traditions, and our loved ones.
Our celebrations begin the evening before, on October 18th, with a vibrant Haldi + Pre-Wedding Celebration from 6 PM to 11 PM. It will be filled with colors, music, flower rituals, and a delicious South Indian dinner.
Our wedding brings together two rich cultures — Kannada and Malayali — in a joyful, heartfelt ceremony in the hills of Wayanad. We welcome you to be part of our special day and experience the beauty of a traditional South Indian wedding in a serene, meaningful way.

We’re celebrating our Haldi ceremony poolside at a serene resort in Wayanad on the evening of October 18th, from 6 PM to 11 PM. Surrounded by nature, marigolds, and our closest people, we’ll begin with a joyful turmeric ritual by the pool, blending tradition with a relaxed, playful vibe.
With flower petals, herbal haldi, coconut water splashes, and laughter in the air, our Haldi will be filled with love, music, and vibrant South Indian energy. After the ritual, we’ll change into festive outfits and kick off an evening of dance, food, and celebration under the stars — all by the water’s edge. It’s not just a ceremony, but a moment of joy, color, and connection before we say “I do.”

Sangeet / Pre wedding celebration
Our celebrations begin the evening before, on October 18th, with a joyful Haldi + Pre-Wedding Celebration – a colorful evening full of music, laughter, and beautiful traditions from both Karnataka and Kerala. Expect vibrant rituals, flower showers, local drumming, and a lot of dancing!

Our wedding day begins with a serene temple pooja, seeking blessings for a happy and prosperous married life. Following this sacred ritual, we celebrate a beautiful Kerala-style wedding at a scenic resort in Wayanad, surrounded by lush greenery and nature’s tranquility. The ceremony embraces traditional Indian culture with elegant rituals, including the tying of the mangalsutra and exchange of garlands. The bride and groom wear classic attire reflecting Kerala’s heritage, adding grace and charm to the occasion. Family and friends gather to bless the couple, share joy, and enjoy authentic Kerala cuisine. The day is filled with warmth, love, and vibrant cultural festivities, making it a memorable start to our lifelong journey together.
