Kishore & Alekhya's story
Our story began with the universe's own quiet plan. No expectations, just a slow, gentle unfolding. He first noticed me through photos on a profile, and something caught his attention. We started talking, not as a match, but like friends, easy and unhurried. Slowly, his words turned into flirting, and I found myself falling for who he truly was, just as he was falling for me.
Distance tested us — I was in Ireland, he was in the USA. Then life moved him to India, and we finally met in person. The next time I flew to India, he proposed — and I had been quietly waiting for that moment too, because there was no doubt in my heart. I loved him.
We're marrying in our hometown, rooted in tradition, but with a modern touch of mutual respect. Unlike typical Indian weddings, there were no expectations from either side — just pure love and blessings from both families. That's what makes this wedding special.
Come celebrate with us — your presence would mean the world! 💍✨

Sangeet
Sangeet — A Night of Music, Dance & Pure Joy!
Get ready to dance like never before! Sangeet is where our families come alive with music, laughter, and love. Traditionally a night for singing folk songs and celebrating the union of two families, today it's transformed into a dazzling evening of choreographed dance performances, playful family rivalries (yes, there might be a dance-off!), and heartfelt speeches.
Expect vibrant lehengas, colorful lights, live dhol beats, and Bollywood-Tollywood hits that'll have everyone on their feet — grandparents included! This isn't just a party; it's our families weaving into one, celebrating love through rhythm.
Foreign guests, don't worry about the steps — just bring your energy, and we'll teach you the moves! Come dressed in your festive best (bright colors welcome), and prepare for a night you'll never forget. This is where the real celebration begins! 💃🕺✨

Haldi
Haldi — A Splash of Yellow, Laughter & Blessings!
Haldi is one of the most joyful, playful ceremonies of our wedding! Traditionally, turmeric paste (haldi) is applied to the bride and groom by family and friends as a blessing for glowing skin and good luck before the big day. But it's so much more than a ritual — it's pure, messy fun!
Expect laughter, teasing, and yes, some playful splashing too — think water balloons, colored water, and turmeric flying everywhere as everyone joins in the mischief. It's a joyful mix of tradition and celebration, where everyone ends up a little yellow and a lot happier.
Come ready to get a little messy, dance to peppy beats, and be part of this heartwarming, giggle-filled tradition. This is where the fun truly begins! 💛✨
Mehendi
Mehendi is where beauty meets tradition! As the sun sets, intricate henna designs are painted onto the bride's hands and feet by skilled artists, each swirl telling a story of love and blessings. It's a relaxed, joyful evening filled with soft music, laughter, and time for family and friends to bond over chai and sweets while the henna dries.
Guests are welcome to get their own mehendi done too — it's said the darker the stain, the deeper the love! Expect soulful singing, gentle dholak beats, and a cozy, festive atmosphere as everyone comes together to celebrate before the big day. A beautiful evening of art, patience, and heartfelt connection. 🌿✋

Wedding
Wedding Ceremony — Sacred Vows, Timeless Traditions
This is the heart of it all — where two souls unite as one before family, fire, and the divine. Our Telugu Hindu wedding follows beautiful age-old rituals: from the Kashi Yatra (playful "escape" by the groom) to Jeelakarra Bellam (a sweet-bitter paste symbolizing life's ups and downs), and the sacred Mangalsutra and Talambralu (rice showers) — every ritual carries deep meaning and joy.
The priest chants Vedic mantras as the couple takes seven sacred steps (Saptapadi) around the holy fire, promising love, loyalty, and partnership for life. It's emotional, vibrant, and deeply spiritual — a beautiful blend of devotion and celebration, surrounded by the people we love most. Come witness love in its purest, most traditional form. 🔥💍
