Amritesh & Anagha's story
Hey...I am Megha, the sister of the bride.Its not about me,it's about them,how they met for the first time and how they fell head over heels for each other.My sisters name is Anagha Gopan and her better half is Amritesh Sathyan.They are both 29 year old Chartered Accountants.He fell for her the moment he saw her.When i say fell,I literally mean it..😂😂.He tumbled over the stairs and fell in front of her.She started mocking him,which soon turned into a friendship.The friendship eventually blossomed into a beautiful 10 year old love story which now unites in a beautiful traditional kerala Hindu wedding. It will be our honour to have guests around the world to witness and bless them in holy matrimony and be part of our Rich Indian culture along with other 1000+ guests.The main highlights of the wedding includes the nadaswaram consort(Indian instrumental music) and Kerala Sadya(Food).Other functions includes Dakshina and Mehendi function,Sangeeth and the reception after the wedding.

Dakshina and Mehendi
This will be a fun filled Evening which will start off with the Mehendi application,where the guests will apply mehendi on the brides hand.After this there will be a traditional Kerala dance called "Thiruvathira" where all womens forms big circle and dance around a lighted lamp wearing tradition kerala saree to the vanjipattu and kummiyadi songs which are old traditional songs.After this there will be a dakshina function where the bride offers dakshina to all the elderly people of the family by falling on their feet and seeking their blessings.It is a divine function where all the family members bless the bride for a happy married life.The guests will be served with kerala snacks and tea for the evening function.It will be an intimate function with upto 150 guests.
Sangeeth
It will be a colourful night full of dance,music and fun games.The cousins of the bride will showcase their excusite dance performance by putting steps to bollywood ,Tamil and malayalam songs.Also Musical medley and fun games will be performed as a part of the programme.It will be an intimate function with upto 150 guests.The guests will be served with Authentic North Indian vegetarian food with deserts and Icecreams.

Wedding
It will be a traditional Kerala Hindu wedding with upto 1500 guests.The Stage will be decorated with beautiful flowers to bring in a positive ambience along with Diyas. The wedding will be in accordance to the Hindu rituals,Where the bride and groom will be first welcomed to the Mandapam( Stage) by the family members of the bride in a procession by holding thalams in their hand .Once the groom and bride reaches the stage ,the rituals begins where the brides father and mother will hold their daughters hand ,and hand it over to the groom .At the muhurtham time which is in between 10.30 to 11.00 a.m the couple will tie the knot.There will be a nadaswaram consort(Indian Carnatic Music and Melody music medley played by musicians in various instruments like flute,violin,nadaswaram,mridangam,piano and tabla) between the function.There will be a huge kerala fiest ,where the guests will be served with Sadya (Food) in banana leaves with over 14+ food items along with 2 Payasam( Indian desert).
Reception
It is a beautiful Night function which is hosted by the groom's family after the wedding.It is a divine function where all the family members takes picture with the bride and groom and offers gifts and blessings.There will be music and dance performances by the family members.The guests will be served with both southern and northern vegetarian Indian cuisine along with deserts ,welcome drinks and starters.The event will take place at a different location from the wedding.The guests will be provided with transportation facilities by the family of the bride to reach their destination.
