Wedding Ceremony: Nikhil Reddy & Prasanna Reddy
Following our rich Telugu traditions, our marriage begins with sacred rituals and blessings.
The day starts with **Mangala Snanam** (auspicious bath) to purify and prepare us for the ceremony.
As the sacred fire is lit, we perform **Kanyadaanam**, where the bride’s family gives her hand to the groom with love and blessings.
**Jeelakarra Bellam** is placed on each other’s heads, symbolizing a bond as sweet and strong as jaggery.
Tying the **Mangalsutram**, exchanging **garlands (Mala Dharana)**, and taking **Saptapadi** (seven sacred steps) mark our promise to walk together in life.
Amidst the sounds of Nadaswaram and blessings of elders, we unite as one soul, one journey.
