We would be honoured to have you join us for this unforgettable experience. Expect vibrant Indian rituals, delicious traditional food, lots of dancing, and the warm embrace of our families. This is more than a wedding – it’s a celebration of cultures, colors, and connections.
To truly soak in the spirit, we’d love for you to join in Indian attire – think sarees, lehengas, or kurta pajamas. Don’t worry, we’re happy to guide you!
We can’t wait to celebrate with you and create memories to last a lifetime.

Engagement and Sagan
About the Engagement & Sagan Ceremony
Before the wedding, we will be celebrating two important pre-wedding rituals: the Engagement and the Sagan Ceremony.
The Engagement is a formal announcement of the couple’s intention to marry, marked by the exchange of rings and blessings from elders. It’s a joyful event where both families officially come together to celebrate the upcoming union.
The Sagan Ceremony is a Punjabi tradition where the groom is blessed by the bride’s family. He receives gifts, sweets, and a traditional tika (vermilion mark) on his forehead, symbolizing love and acceptance.
These ceremonies are filled with music, laughter, and meaningful rituals – a beautiful glimpse into the warmth and richness of Indian culture.

Marriage Ceremony
a vibrant, emotional, and joy-filled celebration – a perfect blend of sacred rituals and festive spirit. Here’s what you can expect:
1.Groom’s Processio:
The groom arrives in style – often on a decorated horse accompanied by his family and friends dancing to the beat of dhol (drums). This high-energy procession marks the beginning of the main wedding ceremony.
3. Wedding Ceremony:
Held under a beautifully decorated mandap, sacred rituals are performed by a priest. The couple takes seven vows (saat phere) around the holy fire, promising love, respect, and togetherness for life. The ceremony is deeply spiritual and filled with symbolic customs.
4. Garland Exchange:
The bride and groom exchange floral garlands, symbolizing their acceptance of each other.
5. Sindoor & Mangalsutra:
The groom applies sindoor (vermilion) in the bride’s hair parting and ties the mangalsutra (sacred necklace) around her neck, marking her as married.
6. Bride’s Farewell
