Gaurav & Pooja's story
My name is Gaurav Pawaskar, and I am the groom at this wonderful wedding. My partner and I actually met by chance through a mutual friend who was part of my friend's Dhol Tasha Pathak. I served as the management head of that group while she performed with them. Initially, we would communicate regularly about the functions of the Pathak, which led to our conversations growing longer and more frequent. I eventually mustered the courage to propose to her, but she turned me down twice.
However, on my third proposal, she graciously accepted, and here we are today!
After that, we were in a relationship for over three years.
Our career aspirations take us down two different paths.
Convincing her family about our wedding was quite a challenging task; it took me two months to gain her parents’ approval for our love marriage. However, after much effort and perseverance, we succeeded, and now we are excited to be getting married.
