Avishek & Shreya's story
đź’ž Our Love Story – Avishek & Shreya đź’ž Love found us unexpectedly at an office event, where simple career talks turned into heartfelt conversations. From colleagues to friends to soulmates, our bond grew stronger with time. But our journey wasn’t easy — I, Avishek from Bihar, and Shreya from Gujarat, faced resistance for our inter-caste love. In my village, such unions faced “Hukka-Pani Band,” and her family too had doubts. Yet, for six months, we stood firm, proving that love knows no caste or boundary. Finally, both families embraced our love, turning obstacles into blessings. Today, as we unite forever, we celebrate not just our marriage, but the victory of faith, patience, and true love. đź’Ť

Subh Vivah ( Marriage ceremony )
On this special day, the groom’s procession (baraat) arrives at the venue with great excitement — accompanied by vibrant dance, DJ beats, fireworks, and the lively tunes of the local band. The groom’s family and friends enter with joy, and they are warmly welcomed by the bride’s side in a traditional ceremony. The grand varmala (garland exchange) takes place, followed by a delightful dinner and a joyful photo session that continues until around 1 a.m. Afterward begins the sacred rituals — the traditional phere (seven vows) and sindoor daan conducted under the guidance of the pandit ji. With these holy rites, the marriage is solemnized. The night concludes with the emotional vidai (farewell) ceremony, marking the bride’s departure to her new home. The entire celebration unfolds beautifully in the rich and vibrant Bihari cultural style, filled with warmth, music, and heartfelt traditions.
