About the hosts
Naresh Kumar & Shraddha's story
We are delighted to invite you to witness a true Mumbai love story. Though our roots trace back to the heart of Uttar Pradesh and the vibrant heritage of Maharashtra, our journey began right here in the classrooms of our college in Mumbai. Having grown up in this city and studied side-by-side, our lives have been a shared adventure ever since. Now, we are bringing our 'Two States' together in a celebration of traditional Indian rituals. We can’t wait to share our culture, our history, and our future with you as we say our vows.

Wedding Reception
1. The "Grand Entry" The couple makes a stylized entrance, often to high-energy music, cold pyros (sparklers), or a flower petal shower. This is the first time everyone sees you officially as a married couple. 2. The Stage & Photo Session In North Indian tradition, the couple usually sits on a decorated stage (the Mandap or a sofa). Guests come up in groups to congratulate you and take photos. Pro-tip for guests: Advise them that this line can get long! It’s the primary time for them to get a photo with the stars of the show. 3. The Feast (The Main Event) North Indian receptions are famous for their massive food spreads. Live Counters: There are usually interactive stations for Chaat (savory snacks), Kebabs, and fresh Rotis/Naans made in a Tandoor. The Buffet: A heavy main course featuring rich gravies (like Paneer or Butter Chicken) and aromatic Pulao/Biryani. Dessert: Since you mentioned a dessert spread, this is where guests will find Gulab Jamun, Gajar ka Halwa, or Jalebis.
