vaidik & Nikita's story
💌 Vaidik & Nikita — A Letter Written by Destiny
Vaidik, 25, worked in the pharma industry — precise, calm, and practical. Nikita, 26, served in India Post — warm, expressive, and full of stories. Their arranged marriage brought two different worlds together — science and sentiments.
When they first met, Vaidik asked, “How’s life at India Post?”
Nikita smiled, “Every letter tells a story — some happy, some sad, but all real.”
He replied, “In pharma, we make medicines to heal bodies. Maybe you deliver medicines that heal
hearts.”
That one line began their beautiful connection.
What started as an arrangement soon turned into affection, respect, and love. On their wedding day, as they exchanged garlands, Vaidik whispered, “Destiny delivered the most special letter — you.”
Nikita smiled, “And I’ll keep it safe forever.”
Two souls, once strangers, now begin a new story — not just arranged by families, but written by fate. 💖

Haldi ceremony
The Haldi ceremony is a joyful and traditional pre-wedding ritual in Indian weddings. It usually takes place a day or two before the wedding at the bride’s and groom’s respective homes. A paste made of turmeric, sandalwood, and rose water is applied to the couple’s face, neck, hands, and feet by family and friends. This ritual is believed to purify the body, ward off evil spirits, and bring a natural glow to the skin before the wedding. The event is filled with laughter, music, and playful moments, as loved ones smear haldi on each other too. Bright yellow décor and attire symbolize happiness, prosperity, and new beginnings. It’s one of the most fun-filled and emotionally warm ceremonies in the Indian wedding celebrations.
Varghodo/ Ras garba
The Varghodo or Ras Garba is a vibrant and energetic celebration in Indian, especially Gujarati, weddings. Varghodo refers to the groom’s wedding procession, where he arrives in style—often on a horse or decorated car—accompanied by family and friends dancing joyfully to traditional music. Ras Garba follows as a lively dance event where guests perform rhythmic Garba and Dandiya Raas around a central lamp or deity, symbolizing divine energy and celebration. The atmosphere is filled with colorful attire, folk songs, and festive beats. It’s a time for both families to come together, dance, and celebrate love and unity. This event showcases the rich cultural spirit and joy of Indian weddings.
