Sudharsan & Meera's story
We met on social media in the most unexpected way. What started as simple conversations soon turned into messaging almost 24/7. Slowly, messages became phone calls, then video calls, and eventually random coffee meet-ups.As time passed, we got to know each other better and became really good friends and we still are. We didn’t agree on everything from the beginning. Our ways of thinking are different, and we had our share of differences. But over time, we learned to understand and appreciate them.Where I am weak, she is strong, and where she needs support, I try to be there. In many ways, we complement each other and fill the gaps in each other’s lives.Today, we plan things together, work out together, support each other’s goals, share responsibilities, and grow side by side. We’re excited to begin this new chapter together and would be truly happy if you could join us in celebrating our wedding.

Wedding
A Hindu wedding in Palakkad, Kerala, is a graceful blend of tradition, simplicity, and heartfelt celebration. The day usually begins early in the morning, with the venue decorated using fresh flowers, coconut leaves, and traditional lamps. The gentle fragrance of jasmine fills the air as guests arrive in traditional attire — men in mundu and women in elegant Kerala sarees.
The groom arrives first and is warmly welcomed by the bride’s family. Soon after, the bride enters beautifully dressed, accompanied by her loved ones. The couple sits together at the mandapam while the priest chants sacred mantras and performs the rituals. One of the most special moments is when the groom ties the thaali (mangalsutra) around the bride’s neck, symbolizing their lifelong bond. The celebration concludes with a traditional Kerala sadya, a festive meal served on banana leaves. It is a joyful gathering where two families come together to celebrate love, culture, and the beginning of a new journey.
